Calling all Kindergarten and First grade girls at Glennon Heights and South Lakewood Elementary!

You’re invited to join Forming Troop 68209!

Forming Troop 68209 is part of GSCO’s Start Up Troop program. This program is aimed to help new troops get started by working with a GSCO staff member for your first six meetings. Caregivers can see just how easy it is to run troop meetings, complete badge work, and inspire the next generation of change makers.

This troop will meet online every Tuesday for six weeks:

• February 9, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (First meeting)
• February 16, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• February 23, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• March 2, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• March 9, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• March 16, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Last meeting)

This Start Up Troop was created by GSCO staff because there is a need for a troop in your area!

This troop does not have a set of co-leaders yet but needs some! This program is designed to help you dip your toes in the water and have a helping hand as you prepare to take on a leadership position in the troop. At the end of the six weeks, you will feel prepared to begin your Girl Scout journey all on your own.

A zoom link will be sent out to registered participants prior to each meeting.

Before this event, please take the time to review the Girl Scouts of Colorado’s Internet Safety Pledge, and then virtually sign it with your girl. As always, safety is a top priority at Girl Scouts of Colorado, and we want to ensure she is staying safe while online Girl Scouts of Colorado’s Internet Safety Pledge.
