Girl Scout Pajama Jam with the Denver Nuggets

Join us for our annual Girl Scout Pajama Jam with the Denver Nuggets on Saturday, March 2 – Sunday, March 3, 2019. All Girl Scouts are invited to cheer on the Nuggets as they take on the New Orleans Pelicans and have a sleepover after the game! The game starts at 7 p.m. and is at Pepsi Center (1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204).

SPECIAL GIRL SCOUT TICKET PRICING:

Upper level tickets: $30

Lower level tickets: $60

*$15 of value is loaded on each ticket and can be used toward the purchases of any food and beverage from permanent concession stands or retail merchandise items!

Your ticket package includes a ticket to the game, 2019 Pajama Jam commemorative patch, post-game shoot around on the Nuggets court, midnight snack, movie screening on Pepsi vision, sleepover at the Pepsi Center, and breakfast in the morning.

You are welcome to purchase a ticket and not stay for the sleepover, however the pricing is the same.

The troop with the most ticket referrals will get to participate in the halftime high-five fan tunnel and high five NBA players as they run onto the court to start the second half of play.

The top five troops with the most ticket referrals will all be invited to sit in VIP seats to watch both NBA teams warm up prior to the game.

After you purchase tickets you will be contacted by the Nuggets to provide a troop number for your referral, information about sleepover plans, and a waiver for all sleeping over or going onto the court for the shoot around.

GSCO Staff Tour CU Champions Center

Submitted by Lori Thompson

Northern & Northeastern CO

Boulder

The University of Colorado Athletic Department staff recently hosted GSCO staff for a tour of CU’s Champions Center. The center is the home for CU Football, Athletic Offices, and CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center. The center opened earlier this year and features state of the art work out facilities, football team locker room, and lounge. There are also historic displays featuring team trophies and uniforms as well as event space with lovely views of the Flat Irons.

GSCO staff was onsite to visit about upcoming Girl Scout winter events with CU Basketball. We’re making plans with both CU Women’s and Men’s basketball teams, so Girl Scouts will have a chance to see two CU games this year. Plans for our game with CU Women’s Basketball are coming soon. Save the date for Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017 for Girl Scout Night with CU Men’s Basketball. Plans for both games will include a special ticket deal for Girl Scout troops and families and additional fun Girl Scout activities to be announced. For more information, please contact Lori Thompson at lori.thompson@gscolorado.org.

A big thank you goes to CU Athletic Department staff for a great tour and for coordinating our upcoming winter Girl Scout events!
