A new national partnership between Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) and Grubhub has been established for the 2021 Girl Scout Cookie Program! GSUSA and Grubhub have created a girl-led, hands-on experience in managing e-commerce for Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. Girls will track and fulfill orders placed at www.grubhub.com/food/girl_scouts, manage inventory, and more, all using back-end technology on a Grubhub tablet provided.
Older Girl Scouts will have Grubhub booths at regional Girl Scout office locations, to take contact-free pickup and delivery orders through Grubhub, starting February 12. Grubhub booth locations will operate Thursdays and Fridays from 4 – 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from noon – 8 p.m. Hours and dates are subject to change.
Grubhub booths will be located at council offices across Colorado in Grand Junction, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, and Loveland. All booths will be set up outside of the office buildings.
Per GSUSA and Grubhub policy, Grubhub booths are only permitted on council property, within Grubhub delivery service areas. Grubhub aims to service diners within a 20-minute drive from each location.
Older girl troops interested in participating in a Grubhub booth must fill out the interest form. Troops will be selected, lottery style, from the interest form.
Troops that are selected to participate in Grubhub booths will work with their regional product program specialist to secure dates and times. Training will be provided to Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors, and volunteers.
