Our service unit older girls organized a tea party at the Garden Plaza Senior Living. The girls had an opportunity to meet and get to know some amazing residents. At the end of the event, some of the girls asked if we can do it more often because they had such a great time. The residents appreciated the conversation with the girls.

After celebrating our holiday party for several years at the senior living center, our older girls asked if they could have a more quiet event so they could get know the residents. They organized and attended a tea party this year. They were so happy have such rich conversations with the residents. They talked about politics, travels, holidays traditions, and much more. This has been one of the most positive and fun interactions the girls have had with the residents and we hope to do it again soon.
