Is your Girl Scout or troop wanting to learn new skills this summer, as well as make new friends in a safe and judgment-free environment? Troop 3572 has two day camps this summer to help with these goals!
Knots, Knives, and Nonsense will take place at East Interlocken Park June 24 – 28, 2019 and Masterful Makers is at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church from July 29 – August 2. Both camps register through https://scoutingforfun.com/ The cost is $175 per Girl Scout – and if an adult volunteers for the week, your Girl Scout goes for free!
To see a listing of all of the volunteer run camps go to https://www.camp.girlscoutsofcolorado.org/session-list and search for ‘day camp’ or scroll through the list to see all of the camps.
The Broomfield camps are hosted by Troop 63572 RETROS, who love the outdoors and hope to encourage girls to learn new skills and create bonds of friendship through Girl Scouting. Proceeds from the camp help pay for troop activities, and the troop is currently planning a trip to Peru in 2020. If you have an older Girl Scout (Cadette, Senior, Ambassador) who would like to learn more about this trip please contact us!
