Save the date for these Outdoor Programs in the 2017-18 Girl Scout year.  ** Note: This is updated throughout the year when events become live in our events calendar.

Tomahawk Ranch My and My Guy 8/4-8/6/17

A two-night camp experience for individual girls and the significant male adult role models in their lives. Activities may include: archery, crafts, hiking, s’mores, barn visits, mattress surfing, and more.

Tomahawk Ranch Closing Work Weekend 9/22-24/17 (registration closed)

Families come to “close-up” camp in preparation for winter. Meals: Friday dinner – Sunday breakfast, lodging provided at no cost. Jobs: cleaning buildings, picking up trash, repainting, maintaining trails, etc. Saturday night’s program helps families relax and celebrate their hard work.

Sky High Ranch Fall Rendezvous – Sky High Adventure: 9/29-10/1/17 (registration deadline 9/14/17)

Join us for a staff-led, Troop Camp Rendezvous at Sky High Ranch. Test your mettle at Sky High on our zip line, low-ropes course, archery, and swimming and splashing on the stand-up paddle boards at the pond! Of course, we’ll have arts and crafts, hiking, campfires, and all the traditional things you love about Girl Scout Camp! Campers must be at least 60 lbs. so they do not get stuck mid-zip.

Travel Webinar: 10/3/17 at 6- 7 p.m. (registration deadline 9/29/17)

Destination specific topics include:  overview of the Destinations program & trip options available for ’18 & ’19; timeline and checklist of GSCO council deadlines ; resources for Destinations prep and money earning . You’ll also hear from a Destinations “travel ambassador” about her experience in 2017, her trip, and lessons learned.

Sky High Ranch Halloween Party: 10/28/17 at 1-  5 p.m. (registration deadline 10/26/17)

From zombies and princesses to s’mores and wizards, we’ve got everything at the SHR Halloween party! Visit Yummy Candyland, Spooky Graveyard, and Witch’s World where you will play games, make crafts, and of course, collect treats! We’ll have music, dancing, and games. This event is not just for Girl Scouts! All are welcome to attend! $10/child, and free/adults.

Tomahawk Ranch Trick or Treat: 10/29/17 at 5- 8 p.m.

Come to Tomahawk Ranch for a fun night of trick-or-treating! This is a free event for all ages. No registration is necessary. Come dressed in your best spooky Halloween costume!

Sky High Ranch Tree Lighting: 12/3/17 – Registration link coming soon!

Come to Sky High Ranch to celebrate our annual Tree Lighting with activities and brunch! This is a community/family event and is fun for all ages! Brunch buffet begins at 10 a.m.; tree lighting is at 1p.m. We’ll have a buffet, family photo ops, crafts, ornaments, and hot drinks, and of course, GOODIES!!! $15/Adult, $10/child, Free/ages 0-3.

Tomahawk Ranch Bruch with the Barnyard & Santa 12/10 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Registration link coming soon!

A community event for all ages! Bring your family and friends. Join us for brunch with Santa and meet his furry barnyard friends. Eat a delicious brunch buffet, savor sweets and lollies aplenty, take photos with Santa, and warm up fireside with hot cocoa and cider. Ages 12+: $15/pp Ages 11-3: $10/pp Ages 2 and under/ Free

Sky High Ranch Expedition Antarctica: 1/12-14/18 (Me & My Guy) – Registration link coming soon!

For girls and the significant male in their lives! Join us for an intro to winter camping at Sky High Ranch on a three-day, two-night excursion. We’ll introduce cold-weather tent camping, and survival skills and weather dependent, we’ll practice snowshoeing, ice fishing, snow shelter building, and more! We’ll set up tents outside the lodge and see who can brave the elements all night! This camp is also open to Me & My Gal, however housing is limited!

Visit Sky High Ranch and preview your girl’s summer camp experience at our Open House. Meet staff and see where your camper will eat and sleep while at camp! No registration necessary.

Bring the family to brunch and explore Tomahawk Ranch on a tour. Visit the barn, greenhouse, summer cabins, and dabble at camp crafts! Get your burning camp questions answered by the Tomahawk Staff. Cost: Ages 12+: $15/pp, Ages 11-3: $10/pp; Ages 2 & under/free

Come visit Tomahawk Ranch and explore camp on a self-guided tour. Get your burning questions answered by Tomahawk staff. See the different types of accommodations and program areas. No registration necessary.

No badge work or other activities are offered. Families of all ages are welcome.

Sky High Ranch Summer Splash Troop Camp 8/3-4/ 18 (registers with summer camps in CampInTouch)

Come splash the day away with one last salute to summer! This water-themed troop camp will be completely planned for you and includes swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boards. Meals and other traditional Girl Scout activities are included as well! This program does not include zip line.
