Littleton G.I.R.L.s travel to California

In July 2017, eight girls from Troop 2904 in Littleton traveled to California. We went to the San Diego Zoo, ocean kayaking in La Jolla, and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. That is where NASA built the Mars rovers and are currently working on the rover for the Mars 2020 project. We also saw the USS Midway, an aircraft carrier; the Endeavor Space Shuttle; spent an ENTIRE day at Universal Studios (We love Harry Potter); visited the La Brea Tar Pits; Santa Monica Pier; and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We had a great time and made lots of memories!
